Thank you for coming to Tidningskvarters Smakfestival! FLYING BREWERY was hosting a sake booth there and a lot  of sake lovers joined us on the day. It was a very exciting event.

Thank you for all those who came to Happy Hour with LUCKY BEER producer event!!  It was really nice to enjoy Japanese craft beer at Tokyo Ramen Kungsbron which has the atmospher of downtown, Tokyo.  

Hundred people enjoyed fizzy sparkling sake, chill with a tangy yuzu sake mix, and explore cool sake cocktails created by the coraboration with Ninki Brewery & Norrbottens Destilleri at the event!!

It was the perfect spot for an awesome hangout with people. Thank you for coming!!

On May 29th, sake brewery Amabuki visited Restaurant Izakaya. Total 100 people came to explore and taste exciting and delicious sake from Amabuki, in combination with an exceptional culinary experience.

During the evening, experienced sake sommelier Eiko, and Mr. Wataru Hosokawa from the Amabuki brewery in Japan, presented to share all their knowledge about sake. 

It was a perfect opportunity to learn about the history of sake, but also to be guided through different types of sake and their unique characteristics and flavours.

Sake Pairing Dinner with Zaku Sake Producers at Nour

Nour invited guests to a special Sake Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, 6th February, at 18:00.

They enjoyed a 5-course menu designed to complement the exquisite Zaku Sake, presented by Mr. and Mrs. Shimizu, the owners of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten.

It was a great opportunity for them to learn about the history and culture of Zaku Sake from the experts and experience its refined flavours.
