Rice Magic Sparkling Red is a naturally sparkling sake produced by the fermentation of pure rice and rice malt in the bottle. It has a combination of natural sweet and sour flavors without the use of any additives. Pink colours comes from using ancient rice (black/red colour) for production.

Sake Pairing Dinner with Zaku Sake Producers at Nour

Nour invited guests to a special Sake Pairing Dinner on Tuesday, 6th February, at 18:00.

They enjoyed a 5-course menu designed to complement the exquisite Zaku Sake, presented by Mr. and Mrs. Shimizu, the owners of Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten.

It was a great opportunity for them to learn about the history and culture of Zaku Sake from the experts and experience its refined flavours.
